"We demand our rights," is one of the slogans of the European Refugee Movement that has formed up in several cities in Europe – including Vienna, in 2012. The Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights expresses its solidarity with this movement, and will publish academic contributions to the demands of the Refugee Camp Vienna on this page.
These articles dealing with the demands of the refugees and their supporters aim at contributing as human rights argumentation resource and a calling on politicians, to re-engage in negotiations with the protesters, in order to improve the situation of refugees in Austria and Europe.
