The question whether music can be torture will be discussed by Morang Grant (Georg-August-University, Research Group "Music, Conflict and the State"), Barbara Preitler (Hemayat) and Gerrit Zach (Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights). The talk will be moderated by Irene Brickner (Der Standard) and is organised in cooperation with the Diplomatic Academy of Vienna.
