CINEMA AND HUMAN RIGHTS at the this human world Festival 2012

Austria’s biggest Human Rights Film Festival this human world will take place for the fifth time from the 29th of November to the 9th of December 2012. As a long-standing cooperation partner, the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights (BIM) is proud to present a series of documentaries on key human rights issues within the framework of its film series CINEMA AND HUMAN RIGHTS.

All film screenings will be followed by panel discussions held in English with distinguished experts in the relevant fields.

In addition, the HUMAN RIGHTS TALK: „Soziale Rechte in der Krise? Die jüngsten Entwicklungen der sozialen und ökonomischen Rechte in Europa “ will also be held as a part of the festival programme.

Finally, a very special event forms part of the line-up this year. The Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights celebrates its 20-year anniversary this year in 2012. Take a stand for human rights and come join us and celebrate the 20-Year Anniversary of the Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights on the 7th December 2012 in Porgy & Bess!
