Despite existing legal framework conditions for anti-discrimination measures, in practice massive barri-ers still exist for those groups covered by anti-discrimination law.

In the framework of a project co-financed by the EU-Programme Progess, the AD-Team of the L. Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights is dedicating its research to the topic of the implementation of positive measures in Austria.
