Are positive action measures adequate means to achieve more equality in opportunities? How do they have to be designed in order to successfully contribute to achieving their aims? Which measures are proportionate and justified and which are not?
The study is the outcome of the cooperation between the BIM with the University of Bradford to investigate the role of positive incentive measures which is significant for the prevention or elimination of discrimination. This study presents examples from the public and the private sector.
