The Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights was commissiond to conduct two case-studies in the framework of the development of an "Agenda for Human Rights", initiated by the Swiss Federal Department of Foreign Affairs and Geneva Academy of International Humanitarian Law and Human Rights. The studies deal with the situation of "environmental refugees in Europe" and the pratical issues that need to be taken into account when considering the establishment of a "World Court of Human Rights".
