At the event, Walter Feichtinger (Institute for Peace Support and Conflict Management), Manfred Nowak (Ludwig Boltzmann Institute of Human Rights; University of Vienna), Heinz Patzelt (Amnesty International Austria) and Rubina Möhring (Reporters without Borders, to be confirmed) discuss the consequences of the "war" on terror for European security policies and the protection of human rights; the discussion will be moderated by Irene Brickner (Der Standard).
